Please note this must be done within 1 hour of placing the order. We are unable to cancel or edit an order once your oder is dispatched. However, you can return your order for an exchange or refund once it has arrived.

You have 30 days to return your products to us from the date your order was delivered for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). You can read more about our returns/exchange policy here.

All of our products are checked rigorously, along the production process to ensure that every item shipped meets our incredibly high quality standards. We will inspect and investigate your situation and be in touch urgently to organise a replacement order. 

All products must be unused and in the original condition that they were received in.
